Innovating your legacy

Bring AI into the ERP and CRM you already run, without starting over.

Syncore connects the software and data you have, then hands AI agents the work your team still does by hand: order lookups, quotes, reconciliation, reports.

Most companies don't lack technology. They lack a safe way to change it.

  • Scattered data

Every department has its own software and its own spreadsheet. A company-wide number means someone collecting it by hand.

  • Disconnected workflows

People copy data between tools all day. It is slow, error-prone, and nobody wants to do it.

  • AI hasn't reached operations

You tried a chatbot, but it can't read your real orders, receivables or documents.

  • Fear of a rewrite

The old system still pays the bills. Replacing it means risking downtime.

Keep what works, connect it, then add AI.

  1. 1 Sync Connect

Link the systems you already run through one shared core layer. Nothing that works gets replaced.

  2. 2 Standardize Clean

Clean up and unify data and workflows. This is the foundation AI needs to give correct answers.

  3. 3 Extend Grow

Add AI agents, document assistants and automation at the points that create value.

Four ways Syncore brings AI into your business

    1. Staff request
    2. Agent calls ERP, CRM
    3. Human approval
    4. Result recorded

Hand AI agents the repetitive work in your ERP and CRM: look up orders, draft quotes, triage requests, update records. Every action has permissions, a human approver and an audit log.

    • Tool-using agents (function calling, MCP)
    • Role-based access and human approval
    • Accuracy measured before going live

Watch an AI agent do real work

The agent uses the systems you already run, and stops for a human to approve before anything leaves the company.

MSC, Van Lang University

Hospital information system for cleft lip and palate care

We took over an unfinished HIS and completed it. Paper clinical forms became digital forms, treatment rules became a matrix by age band and specialty, and the pilot ran on synthetic data before any real patient data was processed.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot mostly answers questions. An AI agent takes actions: it calls APIs, reads and writes data in your ERP or CRM, and chains several steps to finish a task. That is why agents need permissions, logs and human approval points. That is the part Syncore designs with you.

How much does it cost to build an AI agent for a business?

It depends on how many systems it must connect to, how clean the data is and how much autonomy you want. Syncore builds a prototype first so both sides can see the scope, then quotes for that agreed scope.

Do we have to replace the software we use today?

No. Syncore connects and extends what you already run. We only suggest replacing a component when it is genuinely blocking operations, and then we do it in phases to avoid downtime.

Is our company data safe when we use AI?

We decide up front which data may be sent to an AI model and which must stay inside your systems. For sensitive personal data, we design for Decree 13/2023: in-country storage, a data protection impact assessment (DPIA), and pilots on synthetic data first.

Can Syncore take over a project someone else started?

Yes. We assess the existing codebase, point out the risks and propose a plan to finish it. The HIS for MSC, Van Lang University is one example.

Should we use Claude, GPT or an open-source model?

It depends on your quality, cost, latency and data-residency requirements. Syncore tests on your real data and records why a model was chosen, instead of defaulting to one vendor.

Who runs the system after handover?

Your team gets training and full documentation. If you want, Syncore keeps supporting operations, monitors AI quality and improves it based on real usage.

Is your team still copying numbers between tools every day?

Tell us about your systems and workflows. After 30 minutes you will know which work to hand to AI first, and what can wait.
